These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all product sales made on the website les-trouvailles-de-geraldine.myshopify.com by Les trouvailles de Géraldine.
Placing an order implies the customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

The products offered for sale are those listed on the website. Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee an exact reproduction of colors and characteristics.
All our products comply with current French and European legislation.
Prices are indicated in euros (EUR), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Delivery Times: Orders are shipped within [2-5 business days] and delivered within [5-10 business days] from order confirmation.
The indicated times are for guidance only. In case of a delivery delay exceeding 30 days, the customer may cancel their order and receive a full refund.
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
Withdrawal procedure:
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to unsealed, personalized, or custom-made products according to customer specifications.
Legal guarantee of conformity (2 years): The customer benefits from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from the delivery of the product (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code).
Legal guarantee against hidden defects: The customer may also benefit from the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).
In case of non-conformity, the customer may request the repair or replacement of the product, or failing that, a price reduction or cancellation of the sale.
Les trouvailles de Géraldine cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract in cases of force majeure, disruption, or total or partial strike of postal or transport services.
Personal data collected during the order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.
All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, videos) are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization.
